Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care, Ittars, wellness items), returns are only accepted in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaked product upon delivery
- Expired product
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers are non-returnable.
Opened or used Ittar bottles, sachets, or packages cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo/video of the item in case of damage/wrong product
We will arrange pickup or share return instructions based on your location.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Contact us immediately after placing the order if you wish to cancel.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the wrong or damaged product is received.
For approved cases, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.
